Projects

There are three projects:

- No smoking
Prevention about cigarettes and the illnesses that they cause.

- Time Machine
An interesting journey through the ages of the time.

- Olympic Games
Explain all about the Olympics Games, to celebrate this year's games in China.

Brownies

Ingredients:

300gr flour
30gr cocoa
3 spoonfuls of baking powder
150gr brown sugar
2 spoonfuls of vanilla
1/2 spoonful of salt
4 eggs
300ml olive oil (mild)
50ml cream
200gr walnuts
150gr cooking chocolate

1. Sift the flour, the cocoa and baking powder
2. Add: brown sugar, refined sugar, vanilla, salt, eggs, olive oil and cream.
3. Mix well the ingredients until you obtaim a smooth mixture.
4. Add and mix the chocolate and walnuts.
5. Pre-heat oven 180ºC.
6. Cook for 25 minutes 180ºC.

Comment: This is a quick and easy recipe.

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup melted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 1/2 cups of chocolate chips (little pieces)

Steps

Step 1: Stir together flour, baking soda and salt.

Step 2: Beat the butter until creamy, then add sugars and vanilla and stir together until combined.

Step 3: Add the egg and then the yolk. One at a time mixing well, after each addiction.

Step 4: Stir it into the flour mixture. Stop mixing the instant it has all been incorporated.

Step 5: Stir in chocolate chips distribute them evenly.

Step 6: Form dough in a log, wrap it and chil it for add least 30 minutes.

Step 7: Heat the oven 180ºC.

Step 8: Cut dough into thin rounds.

Step 9: Place them on baking sheet.

Step 10: Bake them for ten minutes or until the edges begin to turn golden.

RECIPE FOR PANCAKES

Ingredients: 100 g flour, 1 egg, 300 ml milk, 25 f butter, a little salt
1- Put the ingredients on the table
2- Weigh 100g flour
3- Add a little salt
4- Put the flour into the bowl
5- Break an egg into the cup
6-Add the egg to the flour
7- Mix the egg and flour together
8- Add 300 ml milk to the mixture
9-Mix well
10-Put a little butter into the pan
11-Put a little pancake mixture into into the pan
12-Fry the pancake for two or three minutes
13-Turn the pancake over
14-Fry the pancake for another two minutes
15-Wash the bowl and the pan
16-DONE !
